Instructions for Registration & Payment
WEEKLY DEADLINE: Sign ups and payments for each week of camp must be submitted 1 WEEK prior, Monday at 5pm. For example, for Week 3 of camp, which begins July 3, sign ups or payments must be submitted by Monday, June 26 at 5pm. (Late sign ups will be considered on a case-by-case basis.)
Step 1: Review our Camp Descriptions and Weekly Camp Schedule. (Can by found on the main Summer Camp page or below.)
Step 2: Click our Registration link and fill out the required information as completely as possible - one registration form per camper. If you need to make any edits after submission, contact a Camp Director. Please note: There are a limited number of spots for each camp. Once a camp has reached capacity, it will no longer be visible on the registration. If you would like to be put on a waitlist for that camp, select an alternative camp and then, after submission, contact a Camp Director to request to be put on the waitlist for your preferred camp.
Step 3: Once you submit your registration, you will automatically be directed to our payment page. (To review our rates, see the main Summer Camp page.) If you do not wish to pay at that time, you may come back to this web page later and click the Payment link. If you wish to pay in increments, select only what you are currently prepared to pay for. (For example, if you sign up for three weeks but want to pay one week at a time, only select the week you are prepared to pay for, not all three.) For the 3+ children weekly discount, scholarships, or other atypical payments, contact the camp director at 240-901-2254 or summercamp@sacredheartlaplata.org.
Step 4: You should receive a receipt in your email (given in the registration) with a copy of your registration form. If you do not, please contact a Camp Director.
