Register for the Directory

Sacred Heart is excited to partner with Instant Church Directory  to create an online pictorial directory for our parish. The directory, which will be continuously updated and always current because it is digital, contains information for the parish families who have chosen to be part of it. If you would like to be part of our parish directory, and we hope that you do, we ask you to reach out to us as [email protected] to register. Once registered, you will be able to login and create your account and upload your information.

Edit Your Information

Accessing Your Account
To access your account go to https://www.instantchurchdirectory.com/ and click the "Member Sign In" button in the upper right hand corner. If this is your first time accessing the site, click on "First time signing in? Create Login" which is just below the blue "Sign In" button. From here input your email address, the one where this email was received, create and confirm a password, and hit "submit." You should now be able to login to the directory.

Edit My Information
Once you are logged in to your account, you can edit your information and also upload a picture. To do this click on "Edit My Family" in the upper right corner within the yellow bar. Once you are in this section of the directory, you can edit your information and upload a picture. If you would like for any information to be private, just email [email protected]. 

Upload a Picture
To upload a picture, click on "Edit My Family" in the yellow bar once you have logged in. From there you will see the place for a photo on the left side. Select "Choose File" and upload your photo. Once your photo is uploaded it will be routed to the committee and we can crop it for you so that everyone is visible within the frame. Once we approve it, your picture will be visible in the directory.

View the Directory

To view the directory, simply login to your account at instantchurchdirectory.com. From here you will be able to see all the families that are currently registred along with the information that they have chosen to share.
